Joint Allocation to SGA for Web Site Redesign

Over the past couple of months, SGA has been consulting with Georgia Tech Communications and Marketing about the possibility of utilizing their professional services to design an updated SGA web system. The goal of this redesign is to update the user interface to be more visually in-line with the main Institute Web site, while still reflecting visual themes consistent with the organization. Equally important will be the introduction of a new, comprehensive content management system (CMS), upon which the new site will be built.

This will be a major improvement in SGA's transparency and ability to communicate effectively with the student body. Since Communications and Marketing has also agreed to finance half of the project for us, it is also a great deal for SGA.
